In addition to the materials and special components themselves, we also supply:

  • Heat treatment ensuring optimal mechanical properties, wear resistance and dimensional stability of steels and alloys. Our services include vacuum hardening and tempering, induction hardening, annealing (homogenization annealing, stress relief annealing, normalizing annealing, soft annealing, solution annealing, precipitation hardening, bright annealing in N2/H2 atmosphere) as well as thermochemical treatment such as carburizing, nitriding and boriding.

We also perform material testing and analysis. Some of the tests listed below can be supplied with an accredited protocol

  • Comprehensive mechanical testing, from quasi-static tensile and compression tests, through dynamic impact tests, to fatigue tests, fracture mechanics tests and other specialized tests.

  • Microstructure analysis of metallic materials, including certificates describing grain size, phase fractions, etc.
